في الذكرى الثالثة لاستشهاده، يقام قداس عن راحة نفس شهيد انتقاضة الاستقلال سمير قصير، يوم الأحد 1 حزيران 2008 الساعة 9:30 صباحاً، في كنيسة مار متر للروم الأرثوذكس في الأشرفية.
