Nineteen Lebanese political figures and party leaders will convene on Tuesday March 9th in the Baabda Presidential Palace, for a new dialogue cycle. Yet, participants don’t seem to agree on the agenda: the defense strategy? Hezbollah’s weapons? abolishing sectarianism? economic issues?
